Golden Lions Club ~ extremely active and gregarious member for over 30 years. Bill was devoted to helping to make Golden a beautiful and wonderful place to live and tirelessly embraced the Lion's commitment to community betterment.

Buffalo Bills Days Celebration ~ "Howdy Folks! Welcome to Golden!" Dedicated Board member for over 20 years. Bill loved being the tireless and talkative official parade announcer, and was devoted to making this summertime festival a fun and memorable event for not only the hundreds of event participants, but for the countless thousand of people who have flocked to Golden over the years to enjoy Buffalo Bill Days.

His treasured home and yard. Bill and Charlene have lived in the same North Golden home since 1966.
